This is an all day class. We will discuss gourd shapes that I use and why. You will cut, sand and sculpt your turtle and then mount it on mopani.

Students Need to Bring: Gourd saw, glue gun, drill with 3/32", 3/16", and 3/16" bits. Paint brushes, scuplting tools, needle nose pliers with cutter.

In this class you will learn the woodburning technique of creating an image (the rose) by using low heat to shade without burning outlines to woodburn the rose on a large egg gourd.

Students Need to Bring: An adjustable temperature woodburner with a very small ball or writing tip pen.

We'll use special needles to shape wool roving into a small bird, then add colors of your choice to make your bird unique. As a final touch, we'll sew on bead eyes. This class is suitable for any skill level, but intended for beginners. All supplies are included. plus a take-home bag of tools to keep felting at home is available for $5.00

We'll use special needles to attach wool roving onto cotton flannel in the shape of a llama. (You can freehand your llama, or use the stencil provided.) The colors and details of your llama, like tassels, a flower crown, or a scarf are up to you. Once finished, we'll frame your llama with an embroidery hoop. This class is suitable for any skill level, but intended for beginners. All supplies are included. A take-home bag of tools to keep felting at home is available for $5.00
