It is time to think about Georgia Gourd Society’s gourd festival in Griffin GA.

The dates are October 25th through October 27th. 

The class times are:

Friday: 3pm-6pm (festival set up)

Saturday: 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm

Sunday: 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm

This year classes will be submitted through a Google form. The link is:

Please submit your classes early. There are only six class sessions during each class time.

Georgia Gourd Society will charge instructors a class fee to help pay for the facilities.  If you are a member of the Georgia Gourd Society you will be charged $5.00 per class.  If you are not a member of the Georgia Gourd Society you will be charged $10.00 per class. This money will be deducted from you class check

Just for your information, this year GGS will offer a discount to students who are GGS members, therefore the website will post two prices for each class. Ten dollars will be added to the class fee you request on the Google form.

July 23rd - Deadline for submission of classes

July 24th – August 6th - Set up class schedule and schedule sent to instructors for proofing

August 7th – August 24th - Corrections to schedule – Proof and load into Registration Software

August 27th – Volunteer Registration

August 29th - October 1st- On Line Registration

October 25th – October 27th  – Walk-in registration
